  I love the new layout of the shop too. The manager is always helpful and attentive to customers needs. It is not easy being in customer service, my daughter remarked recently how lovely it is to have someone in a role for so many years.

  Arrived before their opening hours and a lovely man let me pick up my parcel anyway. I love the updated layout and had previously always had a wonderful experience with this post office.

  Incompetent. Rude. Unhelpful. Failed to scan a parcel that was lodged at their office, and refused to help track it down - "What do you expect me to do about it" the manager said & would not even take the tracking number from me. When I asked why he wasn't willing to help me I was hung up on. If you send anything from here, GET INSURANCE.

  Worst experience ever!!! Rude staff and unprofessional. My daughter had to pick up a parcel from her father and we weren't able to have it due to her only having a medicare card and needing to have two forms or identification because she didn't have photographic identification due to her being a minor.

  Absolutely horrendous. Possibly the worst ran post office I've ever had to deal with. Constantly do not give out Parcel Collection notices resulting in packages being returned to sender or you needing to call them each time you're expecting deliveries. If I could give zero stars, that's what these guys would get. Learn some customer service skills and actually deliver a service for your customers.

  This is by far the worst post office I have had to deal with. No cards for missed delivery. My parcel sent back without notification. These guys are hopeless. I was given a number to 'redirect' my parcel and then told I had been misinformed.. Now I assume I am going to have to pay another delivery fee! What a waste of time and money! If only I could switch post offices!
