  @Ken Su : He WAS doing you a favour by receiving it. Check their procedure and protocols...he could have easily rejected it and it would have been redirected to a larger facility where you would then have to spend more time and effort retrieving it.

  After a parcel I ordered did not make it to my home because the street name did not appear on the parcel. This PO managed to track down that it was mine through the cross reference of my name with other past parcels and was able to contact me. I really appreciated their efforts!

  Horrible experience. Got a extremely rude call on earlier saturday morning requested me to pick up my shipment because it's "too big" and "block their store". I want how big it is and if it does require that many space, AustPost will not even take the shipment in the first place. I believe it IS LPO's reposnisblity to keep the shipment for AustPost's client for a certain number of days (the shipment was carded to this LPO the day before) so this LPO is definitley not doing the right thing. The gentleman on the other end even told me that he was about to reject the shipment when it was carded to his LPO, kind of implement that he is doing me a favor in this scenario. Absolutely the worst experience with a LPO ever. Avoid using this LPO at any cost.
