Carl promised to send an approximate quote for cutting based on rough measurements and photos, and to meet on site to check the depth of the concrete. Approximates never sent, and then he no-showed the planned time to meet at the property, despite me calling to confirm the time the day prior. I tried to call him several times after this, but each call has been declined. He has made no effort to reach out to reschedule, explain himself, or apologise. Incredibly unprofessional.
