  Worst company imaginable. Gave us a quote, I called to clarify the entire thing and then they tried to charge double the amount. We got a list as long as your arm about how badly they cleaned the place. JORDAN and his team did the laziest job - I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked in and how the streaks all over the floor , windows and balcony doors. On top of that they're refusing to go back and sort it out despite agreeing to more than the original quote but less than double. They've refused to send me the voice recording of the phone call where I clarified the quote. Will be reporting them to the ACCC. Our move was long but not stressful until this. The rude customer service man YELLED at me on top of all this and said he'd report ME! For what???? Paying the agreed quote for a job that hasn't even been done??? Now Jordan is refusing to take calls or answer emails. The most unprofessional company I've ever encountered.

  Don't be fooled by a low quote, they have hidden charges (like charging per cleaner per hour. eg. 3 cleaners for 5 hours equals 15 hours cleaning).
  
  Our sub contractors (Vimodius) demanded payment that was $300 higher than what Austral quoted us for this reason. We ended up paying them $100 higher than the quoted which they agreed to. Our property manager listed a large amount of things that required additional cleaning including the carpet, which definitely looked like it hadn't been done despite us paying for it.
  
  Jordan from Vimodius told us we had to take it up with Austral. Alex from Austral was immediately geared to argue about this, quite clear he does this day in day out in a company that must have a rotten culture. He told us that we had been reported for not paying in full and were thus not covered by a guarantee. I regret paying anything before the final inspection to be honest.
  
  Vimodius and Austral now just pit us against the other one, saying we have to follow up with the other. The money is gone, I accept that, but hopefully I can spare somebody else from going with this rotten bunch. Don't be fooled by a low quote, they will charge more, do a poor job and demand payment before your final inspection. Once you've paid you're stuck, they won't do another thing for you and you'll be cleaning your own place after already paying for it to be "professionally" done. Terrible experience, I'd give 0 if I could

  Very poor service. Pull you in with very cheap rates but just before they start they hit you with a tonne of extra charges. Ended up paying almost double. Didn't do a very good cleaning job either and left the shower screens very dirty. Do not go with these people. Just check all the reviews on trust pilot and product reviews to see how they treat customers.

  Would give 0 stars if I could do not go with this company. We hired AC (Austral Cleaning) to do a full Bond and Carpet Cleaning.
  AC might as well have taken the money and just left. The Property manager sent us a long list of all the items they did not do, which were items covered in AC checklist.
  When we tried to get them to come back as they state in their terms and conditions, they didn't respond, which left us to go back and tick off most of the items ourselves.
  The Cleaners AC uses finally responded day, we had to give keys back and said they would come back and finish off the items. As we had done most of it, we said all you have to do is dust the blinds as you didn't do it and we didn't get time to finish it. after second time they still didn't manage to dust them.
  When called AC they said it's NOT part of cleaner's job to do it even though it shows in AC checklist that dusting of blinds is included in the fee.
  AC is just the middleman and has no control over the cleaners.
  AC covers themselves in their terms and conditions and put it back on the cleaners even though you go through them.
  There is no point with going with this company. go directly with actual cleaners.
