  These guys are brilliant. Whether you need a single piece of timber or a large order for a job, they have you covered. Even picked up a couple of helpful tips for a DIY project I'm finishing.

  Very Disappointed i bought 32sqm of solid timber floorboards 12months ago and due to a family member being really sick, I only just got to the floors this week to find out I was only delivered 28.663m2.
  I emailed Austim and was told I only 7 day to rectify their mistake from purchase, to be honest I didn't think I would have to check what i ordered and to not trust them, thought they would have a little empathy. anyway I now have to find a match and pay for an extra 3.5 m2 . Future customers please triple check their measurements before you buy or you will be in a mess like me.
