As a first time customer 400 kms from Perth I ordered fence panels & gates, which needed to be powder coated a different colour to the standard black. The sales lady was unhelpful in assisting me with information about their product & actually left a panel off the order. Which I picked up on confirmation. Delivery time was quoted 2 weeks & was closer to 4. When I paid the balance I was quite aggressively told that the product would only be held for 2 weeks. Upon unpacking the gear NO HINGES or LATCHES. I was then told that I hadn't ordered gate hardware. Every other supplier I have ever dealt with includes hinges & hardware. Not this mob. The sales staff that I dealt with took no responsibility for failing to inform me that HINGES for 2 gates to be installed in the country are OPTIONAL extras. Because I ordered a different colour this was considered a 'CUSTOM' order. I was told that they PROBABLY have a 'training issue'. No responsibility & NO apology. I have had to source hinges & bolts locally which means they will need to be painted & therefore not powder coated. At least the product appears to be good quality, just don't expect quality service.

I have used Aussie fencing several times for work or personal use and the service has always been a 100%. I usually contact David after working hours due to work and he always replies as soon as he can and its probably the main reason why I keep going back to them. 10/10 will recommend for service , product and price!

Great company to deal! Cinia in accounts is all over it. Peter oversaw the project and was accessible, across the detail and knows his stuff. He was present during the installation and helped problem solve on the day. The installer was also excellent. Very happy with the end result.

Friendly helpful service. The staff went out of their way to help me out and ensure I had the right products at a busy time. The admin staff are accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable, and the personnel in the loading bay demonstrated high level customer service. I highly recommend this business from my experience purchasing a gate with hardware.

I think it says a fair bit if you ask a company if they do any other work (besides fencing) as they were fair with pricing but more importantly they did good work. I was quoted 150% more for the same job by 'competition'! Great company, both the installation people but also the office workers. Highly recommended!

I was lucky enough to have my fence installed with Aussie Fencing. From what was a very complicated job they made it so easy and the outcome was just what i was wanting. The estimator was also very helpful and easy to talk to with plenty of knowledge up his sleeve. The office team was super easy to deal with and the installers had my fence looking fantastic in no time!

Glenn did an amazing job getting the works completed within the promised time frame and to a high standard, with help from Alan.
