Proud Mary's roaster. Only served black coffee on filter or espresso because they prefer drinkers to taste coffee at its best. Staffs were very friendly, educational, and attentive. Best experiences!

Tried two different pour overs, each were delightful, but it was the Burundi cold brew that really surprised me it’s out of this world! And Steve is a real sweetheart!

If you like coffee you have to try this place. All single origin, all on the EK43 (of which they have 4 for some reason). The espresso is pretty long so don't expect a chewy espresso.

The roasting arm of Proud Marys. The focus here is on black coffee. Using high quality beans for espresso and pour over they can showcase the best coffees. Nitrogen charged cold brew is delicious!
