I would like to say thank you for not providing me the service I requested as I found someone else with more professionalism and better value.
Considering I was running a little late by 5 min, you inspected my roof and within 10 min you left. So as I was driving into my driveway, you were driving out. Well, you did not stop to get out of your van to have a discussion about prices and what could be done. Two days later, I received an email detailing, you were not going to do the work due to air-conditioning ducting being in the way. Well, someone's did find a solution though.
Your people skills and professionalism needs some work. It is not my fault, I hear you have a bad reputation.

From first contact and then all the way through Martin was fabulous. He was prompt on every occasion , his work was first class, the clean up perfect and he was a thoroughly nice man to chat with. And I must mention that he repaired an old damaged part of our ceiling at no charge.
I highly recommend Martin!

Had Martin out for a quote and he wasn't even up in our roof space for 10mins. His customer service lacked professionalism as he took just over a week to get back to me with a quote only after I had contacted him first. He didn't give me a quote and instead this was his response.

"To be honest, for the last 3 years I have tried to stay away from the steel roofs as they are so awkward to work in and unbearable when the hot weather comes around."

He obviously only likes 'easy' jobs.

We ended up going with Attix who have been in the game much longer,have accredited builders and are in fact Martin 's ex employer.

I had Martin out to my property to fit a new walk in attic storage. Was out within 30mins for a free quote. They do a great clean job, no dramas or extra costs. Excellent good rates and a pleasant well mannered man too would highly recommend attic storage solutions to anyone!! Great stuff guys !
