Australia's first Maltese Providore & Café is being built from the ground up!
We're committed to getting this place right, and yes, it's taking time.
Attelier Richmond will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner....and become a wine bar by night.
For centuries, Maltese cooking has been based upon fresh, healthy, and flavoursome ingredients sourced from the Maltese islands and the surrounding deep blue Mediterranean Sea. Just as Malta itself is historically a melting pot of influences, we're proud to not only serve centuries old traditional Maltese recipes passed down to us by our Maltese ancestors, but offer some Maltese dishes with a unique Melbourne signature!
As Australia's first truly Maltese Providore, we will stock our shelves with fully imported gourmet food, wine, liqueurs and beers of Malta & Gozo.
We also stock our own range of frozen pastizzi, ravioli, and other delicious Maltese take home meals.
Truly, a one-stop shop for everything Maltese! Food, wine and beer!
Oh, and great coffee, because it is still Melbourne!
