Athlete HPTC, Not your average gym
With over a decade in the health and fitness industry, including several supplement stores. the team at Athlete HPTC have the runs on the board and have built a reputation for being the number 1 results based Gym in Cairns.
Our Centre, located in Manunda Cairns, provide our members with a new approach to Strength and conditioning. With no cable machines, mirrors or FAD equipment, the team focus on utilising more effective gear including sandbags, tyres, ropes and barbells, powerlifting and strongman methods.
Our programs are customised around our members some of these include our sandbag, abs, Metafit and Strength and conditioning classes.
Our foundation program “drop a dress size in 30 days” has helped numerous locals kick start their fitness journey. Our fun and non intimidating approach to helping our members is the key to ensuring everyone gets the best results possible.
