Before you pay, make sure you ask what is not working, as they reception staff will never bother to tell you voluntarily. And, good luck getting a refund when you explain that you only came to use the . Legally they need a sign, or at state clearly that . MInd you, anyone would get sick of saying that all day, for weeks on end, because that is the usual urgency for repairs here. Maybe save yourself the excitement and ring first..better get let down before you leave home, than when you have a hoard of kids with the promise of a slide

Aqua Jetty is a great place! Staff is friendly and attentive, especially want to mention swimming instructor Bianca, highly professional and great with children.

Sad sad place, life guards at times show little interest, the50m pool has more patches than ever and the liner is failing yet again. Hazards galore, let's not talk about the male facility. If this is a Rockingham show piece it is now an epic fail. Suggest new management with focus will surely help.

Aqua Jetty is great. After an accident, I was able to regain my fitness and return to work. Now in retirement I’m enjoying the Living Longer, Living Stronger program for seniors. Other family members including my grandchildren and their parents also attend swimming classes, the gym and the various exercise classes. It’s a place for all ages, the instructors are patient and friendly and assist us to reach our exercise goals in spacious modern premises. The City of Rockingham is to be applauded for this wonderful well-managed facility.

Apart from rarely being able to use the Disabled Change rooms with my son. The Lifeguards are the best, so friendly and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my son feels he belongs.

It was great for my 6 ur olds birthday party. Fantastic. Eat swim make a mess and leave. Love it. Too bad the slide closed at 3 we left at 4. Next time we know.

We are here today, the kids wanted to play in the kids indoor pool which is normally awesome. There are signs all around this pool inside that say this pool is closed. I went back out to reception to get a refund, to be told it should open within the hour. We've been her an hour and have been told it will be another 45mins. Really disappointed. No explanation for the closure on the signage. I would advise you ring ahead and if you get there to find the pool closed, turn around and go somewhere else.
