I visited this store Dec 2017 to grab a couple of shimano surf rods. I was really impressed with the amount of fishing gear, the brands and the genuine sale items. I ended up getting 4 sublimated fishing shirts which were a bargain at 2 for $70. Was given great friendly service by Heath and two blonde girls. I have an injury and they even walked the items to my car for me. I'll definitely be back with great customer service like that. Have a great Christmas guys and girls! Thanks!

Anaconda it's self was very pleasant to browse through the parking is ridiculous for the size of the complex, not keen to go back there at this time of the day again.

Found exactly what i was afterstaff were friendly EVEN after a terrible customer in front of me gave the cashier a very hard time. Still made myself feel comfortable.

This experience was Atrocious I took my bike in on Wednesday and told it would be ready on Friday it is now Thursday and still have not got my bike back this is a poor service

Exceptional service by Steve when I took my mountain bike in for a service. Within 15 minutes, he had the wheels spinning straight, gears changing smoothly, brakes tightened, and all clean, all the while answering all my questions. His knowledge was second to none. All this for a measly $20. Excellent!!!

It's a shame that the staff working at 7pm on a Friday night don't speak to the customers as much as they speak to each other. Even a manager greeted the girl working the register and ignored me as I started to leave the store. Had I been acknowledged in some way by any of the staff, I probably would have bought the jacket I was looking at - but chose not to out of principle.
