If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. Staff couldn't care less. Have to be paged several times before they drag themselves over. Then they don't know if something is in stock or not, have to ask someone else. After waiting 15 minutes for them to not return, I left.
It was a giant waste of my time going in there. I will not be going back.
My advice to anyone thinking of going to Anaconda Frankston.DON'Treport this review -

Walked into the store just before 2pm on the 19/9 to buy my son a new basketball which was slolen recently, on arrival I was greated with a friendly smile and hello but after that the experience took a downward spiral. When approaching the area where the basketballs are kept I was looked down upon at by a maintaince guy and staff member like I was an inconvenience while they were talking! I got a FLAT ball for my son and went to the bike area to buy a pump for the FLAT basketball, on passing through I asked another staff member who was repairing a bike at time where the pump's were, he rudely pointed to the area and looked away and when I asked if they had multi purpose pumps he smiled sarcastically and nodded, like I had put him out! When I got to the pump area the maintaince guy was there and shoved the items I had intended to purchase aside and huffed like i was in he's way! The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of LISA on arrival and on departure! Otherwise ordinary on past an present experiences, coming from an American background customer service is everything! Make or break! And that was very poor! Other than Lisa

Just don't bother !
Rude disinterested senior staff want to TELL you what you want or need rather than actually listening to you . Younger staff are pushed around and left floundering by themselves . Unless you have a half hour to waste waiting in line at the register don't visit on a Saturday .
Possibly the very last place you want to visit when buying camping or outdoor equipment , useful if you are desperate and have money to waste on substandard gear at twice internet prices .report this review -

Was refused my right as a cinaimer to return an item purchased 2 days before. It was not user, in its original package and I had a receipt. The rude management team refused bluntly to return it. They then had the nerve to contact even other store to advise not to return to me. After waiting over half an hour at the desk they could better use their time serving customers, not their own ego. I am pursuing this matter legally and will laugh in their face when it's over. Boo your poor service and not exercising your legal responsibility when it comes to consumer rights. Boo indeed.

young girl at counter was absolutely useless .older lady run off her feet trying to fix everyone's problems .younger one couldn,t care less ,she didn,t want to be there or help anyone at all what a joke
