ABS is based in the Barossa Valley and has team members living and working throughout other States and Territories.Our core business is project orientated where we are engaged to manage projects for SMEs and larger companies. Typically these projects are sensitive and require high levels of stakeholder engagement.In adjunct to our project work, we provide services on term basis to clients, and these maybe to backfill a senior position, or to manage a role as a contractor for a set term.Our retainer program is popular with SMEs and small business. Clients will retain our services on a month by month basis to provide independent consideration and advice to senior executives on a variety of matters.The retainer program is a low-risk, low-cost option for businesses needing the benefit of independent advisors and coaches.Our fee for service model provides clients with access to our skills, knowledge and experience on an adhoc basis for jobs they need completed.In all of our work, people are the centre of what we do and they way to do it.
