  A great sign of a good business is how they respond to a client complaint. So I have updated my star rating.
  
  I am very happy that this company had handled my complaint perfectly well.
  
  After the owner responded to me Stephanie contacted me and generously offered a number of options that were more than satisfactory. She referred me to Veyron.
  
  This morning I went out to their warehouse again and Veyron was extremely helpful. I was able to get most of the components for the 2 Racks I wanted.
  
  They are back ordering the other components for me and I shall return in 3 weeks to pick up the balance.
  
  Thank you again to the owner, Stephanie and Veyron.

  I have received a response to my 1 Star rating from the owner to contact customer services for a hopeful remedy.
  
  I really appreciate the quick response a sign of an owner who cares about his business.***** 5 stars to the owner.
  
  I will be back in touch after a resolution and I will be happy to reconsider my one star rating.
  
  It seems that today was a bad day today for Super Rack as another person commented about miscommunication

  They Look like they have very good 5 Star products but with a 1 star Client Empathy, a pity.
  
  Late last week I rang Superack and enquired about the rack I was interested in. Their racks were the same as I purchased many years ago from another source and I want more to match.
  
  I told them I lived in Regional Victoria 200kn away and was coming to Melbourne on Tuesday.
  
  I was told that there was plenty of stock of the rack I was interested in.
  
  On visiting their premises today in Boundary Rd the salesman who served me was not very helpful.
  Their premise was over 80km out of my way. I was told by the salesman that they were out of stock. They also told me they were very popular. They told me they have the racks in store but they were secured by others.
  
  (A store person was very helpful in measuring my vehicle and bringing a piece to see whether it would fit in my small wagon ***** 5 Stars for him, thank you)
  
  The salesman suggested I pay now to secure the rack when they get more. I asked if these were such in demand why they didn’t ask me to pay and secure one over the phone when I rang last week. Besides I live in Regional Victoria and its a long way to go and 5-6 hour return trip.
  
  Now I understand that you can’t always predict demand and in the Covid environment predictable , adequate smooth supply is not guaranteed.
  
  It was my plan to purchase more of these racks, but..
  
  But just to dismiss me and not offer any other options was very disappointing, considering the distance I had travelled and the information I was given..

  Great Quality product for organising the garage.
  Miscommunication on delivery date but overall, a really good experience and recommend to everyone.

  While I was initially drawn to the competitive pricing, I am really happy with the racking. Solid and went together easily.
  The most important reason for the 5 stars is the after sales service. One box of uprights was damaged in transit and after 1 call and an email with some pics a new box was sent out the same day!
  Really impressive work!

  Peter is just a fantastic guy. They have a wide range of racking & shelving system, plus excellent quality, I own some shops and warehouse in Sydney and Perth, it's simply a great business experience with AS. Great service and price.

  I bought some cantilever racking and pallet racking at a very competitive price (best price I was able to find). I received items promptly. There was a minor issue with one of the items which they promptly replaced without drama. I would use this company again.

  Got a few sets of garage shelving from them, great deal, best quality product I can find. Peter is GREAT to deal with. they also got a large range of warehouse racks which I will get in the future. Great to deal with! RECOMMANDED!!
