  Got these guys to completely gut my post-war house (full of asbestos!) prior to extensive raise reno project. They have been super professional from start to finish - great communication and attention to detail. Site was left spotless and certainly cleaner than how they found it! I recommend this company highly and would use again in a future renovation.

  We had Tony out to quote on our bathroom which had asbestos in the floor, walls and ceiling (about 28sqm). We were pleasantly surprised not only how quickly Tony was able to come out, but also how reasonably priced they were.
  
  Communication was top notch. Once we were confirmed, we received a Google event to add into our calendar with the time and date. We received a courtesy call the day prior telling us the time they were going to arrive.
  
  The guys arrived on time. Well, earlier and waited outside in their car until 7am (the time they said they would start), highly prompt. They confirmed what we were wanting removed, asked us if we wanted to keep anything and then we left them to it.
  
  They called 30 minutes prior to completion to offer to walk us through what they had done. The first thing that stood out was how tidy the work was. They removed every trace of asbestos and material. They also vacuumed and left it all neat.
  
  A report was provided of the inspection and clearance of the work done. It took them just a few hours and we couldn't be happier.

  Highly recommend Tony and his team. We had a small job to be completed and it was done on time and professionally. The 2 areas we had done were left completely clean and tidy. The price was right as we did receive a couple of quotes which were all on par, as that's just what we do but decided to go with Tony as he came across knowledgeable, friendly and took me through the process intially when he came through and completed a quote for us. I would definitely use this company again.

  Bit dodgy. I had a concern regarding some fibro my partner was removing from our kitchen.
  
  I contacted Tony from Advanced Asbestos, sent him a clear photo and he told me he was sure it was asbestos.
  
  I'm glad I got another opinion and the material tested by another asbestos company. The test confirmed it was NOT asbestos. Good thing I checked or I would have wasted money.

  Advanced Asbestos Removal did a brilliant job of removing the asbestos from our house. Tony was very professional and at every stage of the process from the quote to the finished product, he communicated clearly and honestly. He is extremely easy to work with. He was extremely clear with the process of what his team would do and they followed through with everything they said they would do. Andy and Paul did the job on the day and could not have been more thorough. They did not leave our job until they had completely removed and cleaned the area and afterwards did a complete walk through and explanation of what was done. They made us feel very reassured and we could not recommend them more highly. We will most certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone needing asbestos removal. Thanks Tony, Andy and Paul.   This is the asbestos removal company the dodgy real estate hired instead of the full priced professionals who made a full and proper asbestos report on the property that Tony was legally obliged to follow. Tony left broken fragments of fully tested asbestos on the property and failed to properly make safe other damaged asbestos. He ignored other recommendations completely. We have children that played in those areas - I called worksafe.
