6 APRIL 2022 - STILL NOTHING HAS HAPPENED WITH THIS COMPANY. USELESS. Here is my post from over three weeks ago:

Horrendous

Massive storms that occurred in October 2021 knocked our brick fence over. My insurance company were amazing and gave the green light months and months ago.

6 months on and my neighbours insurance broker (Adroit) have still not completed the claim.

My poor neighbour has no clothesline and we have had to look straight in at one another for 6 months.

I can't give 0 starts for their services.

I have dealt With Emma Kenny on a number of different insurances and she has always been outstanding in her service, knowledge, advice and attention to detail. She is always happy to help and comes up with solutions as requested. I would say she is a very reliable person to handle your insurance needs
