  extremely unprofessional. Called them this morning about laser etching on MDF, the rep said they can do it no worries, asked me to send through the design and they will quote me asap. Didn't hear back from them, thought I'd call up and see what happening. Spoke to a different rep and got told they don't do laser etching on MDF at all! When I asked why, his response was "I dont make the rules"
  
  Even if there was miscommunication with the rep i spoke to in the morning, he has seem my email and could have just replied and told me they don't offer the service and I should look elsewhere.

  Guys did an awesome job for us with short lead time. Would highly recommend was cheaper and quicker for us to get Hardox cut and shipped from Perth than try and wrangle our local suppliers to do something quickly.

  Excellent service, really friendly staff and fast with quotes. Jobs are done on time and they were really helpful with meeting our specific needs.
  
  I ordered some 6mm steel gears and 6mm mdf welding jigs and they've done them with no hassles and all priced fairly.
  
  Would definitely recommend you get a quote from Action if you need laser cutting done.
