  I have been working with Accord for over two years and the service has been very good with any issues rectified quickly. Our account manager Marc is attentive, responds quickly and is always willing to go out of his way to ensure that our needs are met.

  Hansen who works for Accord and cleaning our apartment block in Maroubra Junction is brilliant
  Nothing is to much for him to do and is polite to all the residents living in the block
  He is an asset to the company

  Accord property services provide Sevana apartments Lane Cove excellent cleaning services all year.
  
  Accord cleaners are hard working, have a professional attitude to their work and responsive to any issues arising throughout their shift. The cleaners show excellent team work and keenness in doing a quality job.
  
  The cleaners are very respectful to residents at all times and attend to all requests that may arise.
  
  The quality of their work and professional attitude reflects back to Accord Property Services high standards.

  From our first meeting we knew that we were in the hands of confident, capable, customer centred professionals. We engaged Accord to provide Building Management and Cleaning Services for a multiple building complex. They have worked very closely with the Strata Committee and the Strata Management company to ensure there is synergy in communication and activity. On taking up the contract they stepped into a minefield of issues that needed to be resolved and worked through these confidently and professionally.
  The managers regularly check in to ensure that they are delivering on their promise and regularly ask for feedback on their performance and solicit comment on anything they can do better.
  I have no hesitation in recommending the management and team at Accord and look forward to a long and productive term with them.
