Relatively small branch with less staff, at times during lunch times there is long queue's to get service from the bank.

30 minutes wait although I had an appointment . . . This indian man checked the appointment listing which didn’t have my name & he clearly said he couldn’t help me or rebook me that same day but luckily the lady whom my appointment was booked with came up to me and told me she received an email confirmation with my appointment details. Seems like staff members at the same branch has different information . . .
