Carleen has been doing our books for about 12 months, which has co-incided with a significant decline in my stress. She has prepared & loved super statements, BAS statements, tax returns & wages summaries on time with nil prompting and is SUPER organised. She returns the "box of paper" we hand her in an organised, labelled and sorted order and promptly. She also sorted out a "mess" from our previous book keeper for us in record time. We have used 9 book keepers in 6 years, and only Carleen + one other have ever done a good job. ABN book keeping has also saved us on accounting fees!
