Nick and the team replaced our outdated and unreliable evaporative unit this week. From first contact for a quote, to sweeping up after the install, the guys worked in a professional and coordinated way. Good communication, turned up on time, polite and friendly contact with the office as well.
We probably didn't go with the cheapest quote, but boyglad we went with AAPL.
Just need summer to get here now.

We recently bought a duplex and asked Nick and his team to remove a couple of antiquated split wall systems and install a reverse cycle ducted air conditioning system to suit the house. Nick was very timely with his attendance and offered excellent advice on what suited the space best. This was complicated by restricted space in the roof but easily overcome with recommendations of units to suit. The installers (Dave and Dave) were on time and very efficient with no fuss. The installation was difficult because of restricted roof space but they carried it out without complaint and did a marvellous job. They remove and disposed of old split systems and cleaned everything up before they left. The new system works perfectly and I would recommend the whole team at AAPL to anyone considering good air conditioning. Many thanks to Nick and his team for a job well done at a great price.
