Tony the plumber on duty, promptly informed us what time he will attend the work site, which was very helpful. He explained the cause of the fault in an easy layman language and attended to it immediately. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend their service who needed it urgently.

We had a hot water system issue at our house, 24 hour service came on the second day to check it and give a quote with no call-out fee. They directly fix the problem on the same day. They also help us fix the problem at the laundray. The price was reasonable. Thanks for Nathan and Dom' professional job, they are high efficiency and knowledgable. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency drainage issue at my property and couldn’t get a hold of any plumbers to come out the same day. 24 hour service answered right way and were able to come that day and fix the issue. Dom and Nathan were professional and extremely knowledgeable and I found the price to be very reasonable.
The best part was that they cleaned everything up and didn’t make a mess. Would highly recommend.

Our hot water system called it quits last week so we called 24 Hour Service Plumbers to come and have a look at it. As it turned out it was too old and too badly damaged to fix so Dom gave us a list of replacement options and prices of gas hot water systems which would do the job. We ended up going with the Rinnai which was installed the very next day. Very happy with the job, the price, the product and most of all the service. Highly recommend.
