Great budget accommodation. We had a family of 5 and stayed in the family room which was great. Very clean and a recent update is excellent.

An older style motel in the process being upgraded. Well equipped and spacious, in a quiet location and walkable distance to the shopping district. Friendly and helpful staff.

Really clean country motel. The carpet is clean, you would not want to step your dirty shoes into room too much..Hehe.
It's got all the basics you need, really clean and tidy, a comfortable stay. Worth every tip of that AAA triple star rating.

Gorgeous motel. Doesn't look like much on the outside due to age and renovations, but the rooms are renovated and modern inside. The beds and linens are fresh and super comfy, the smell of cleanliness when you walk in your room is great. The gentleman on reception was very friendly and accomodating. We'd definitely atay here again.

Wonderful weekend , visiting the Mundulla Annual Show and staying at 105. Very friendly hosts , comfortable bed, flat screen TV, great bathroom shelving, microwave , and WiFi. Couldn't ask for more..When the motel is fully refurbished it will a credit to the town of Bordertown
