Enttäuschend! Brot um €2,5 für ein kleines Körberl mit einigen Baguette-Scheiben wo die Enden der Bruchstücke durch das Aufbacken sehr hart waren. Sauce auf den Kartoffeln geronnen. Geschmortes Schweinsbackerl vom iberischen Eichelschwein war sehr zäh.
Das sehr freundliche Personal ist das positive in diesem Lokal.

Ambiente nicht so toll. Wenig Platz. Essen ist sehr gut aber die Preise sind viel zu hoch. War ganz nett aber stammgast werde ich keiner. Aber Geschmäcker sind eben verschieden.

I do not recommend this restaurant.

We arrived at 6pm on the dot and ordered the "Reise 1" for the table, which is an item that includes several courses with different dishes, with the possibility to order an additional plate of whatever tastes the best. In itself the offer sounds good and you get a great variety of dishes to try.

The first course arrived quickly and the table was nicely filled it also included some dishes that tasted really well, however bread was scarce and ordering some more took ages.

This already nicely segways to the main problem; IT TOOK AGES FOR THE OTHER COURSES TO ARRIVE. We came at 6pm and left a bit after 10pm.

What we received after a nice first course were subpar following ones. The only side-dish they offered was bread and often it came only, when asked specifically for. The portions were far to small for six people. Think two small shashlik sticks with 3 small pieces of meat per stick, DEFINITELY NOT ENOUGH FOR 6 PEOPLE and other dishes in incredibly small servings.

But not only were the portions small, also the "warm" courses were cold when they reached our table.

However that wasn't too much of a problem, BECAUSE WE LOST OUR APPETITE after waiting so long.

Additionally, the whole staff was not learned and looked like youngsters that were doing a summerjob WITHOUT receiving an ounce of training. The table was constantly filled with dirty dishes and you had to specifically ask for the table to be cleared (Funnily, I asked nicely, if we needed the space on the table at first and the servers answer was yes. However he didn't seem to register that the table was filled to the brim with dirty glasses, until I took one and demostratively placed it infront of him, which was the only glass he intended to take back at first until I started to laugh at the ridiculousness of the situation.).

Although the tables were filled none of the other patrons received any better treatment and we weren't the only ones DISSATISFIED WITH THE SLOW AND INCOMPETENT STAFF AND INCREDIBLY DISSATISFYING FOOD.

Other small complaints are that the tables were blank (i.e no table cloth no decorations, just blank metal tables), the drinks warm and the music was a Playlist made by a confused pre-teen.

Also nur einige Seranoschinken über die Bar hängen macht aus dem schlecht eingerichtet Lokal kein Spanisches Restaurant.
Paella erst ab 6 Personen ist ein Witz und eine Woche habe ich diese vorbestellt und das wurde vergessen, also keine Paella.
Da haben wir Grillplatte für je 2 Personen bestellt vom Cerdo Iberico.
Grillplatte war ab der Hälfte kalt dadurch auch das Fleisch zäh, Mit dem Fleisch und den Beilagen wurde sehr gespart, für €59.- ein sehr überzogener Preis.
Die größte Frechheit war der "Tinto Verano" Original: Rotwein mit Kräuterlimonade Eiswürfel und Zitronenscheibe.
El Gusto Variante: 1/8 Rotwein 1 Eiswürfel und Zitrone.
Also mein Fazit: nein Danke ein aus dem Fenster geworfenes Geld.

Eine spanische Enklave in Perchtoldsdorf! Großartige spanische Küche, die eine kulinarische Reise nach Spanien ersetzen kann! Der Chef ein Mann mit spanisch-kulinarischer Kompetenz und trockenem Humor, eloquent und intelligent! Aber Achtung: Einen Platz zu ergattern ist ohne Reservierung eher Glückssache! Absolute Empfehlung! Spanisch Essen kann man hier oder in Spanien - oder dort, wo El Gusto Espanol seine Köstlichkeiten und Spezialitäten auch geliefert hat ( Handel für spanische Spezialitäten) - Dazu eine gute und vielfältige Auswahl an spanischen Weinen, die sich sehwn/trinken lassen kann, wenn man auf's KFZ verzichtet, besteht doch die Gefahr, nicht genig bekommen zu können! Eine echte Alternative zu den Heurigen! ;o)

Das Lokal gefällt mir optisch nicht so gut, aber das Essen (sehr gut) und der Besitzer (nett, kommunikativ, kompetent) gleichen das bei weitem wieder aus!
