Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall. Der Wein war ungenießbar, wurde aber von 3 Personen derart präpotent und von oben herab behandelt dass es schon wertschätzungslos war. ich verließ das Lokal und komme nie wieder und empfehle allen anderen es gleich zu tun.

What a pity! The place and location are very nice, however not so the staff. It seems to be a great honor to be served drinks in the first place. It was impossible to get a small grape juice mixed with water (which is fine), but the waiter told us so in a quite rude way, like we asked for something outrageous. Continue with the food, which traditionally you get from the buffett. The lady there seemed genuinely annoyed and couldn't be bothered at all, was very unfriendly and just gave snappy responses. On top of that, some of the food we got had already gone bad. That would be fine if they had peoperly apologized, replaced it and maybe gave us some free extra. No, not a single word of apology, but rolling eyes instead. We were however allowed to replace the food ourselves. The rest of the food and the drinks were really good though, and the atmosphere in this Heurigen is very nice and traditional. Maybe they just had a bad day. We'll think twice before coming back though

Besuch am 22.8.2017: Erst durch öfteres herbeiwinken der Kellnerin wurde unsere Bestellung nach 15 Minuten warten aufgenommen. Sie ist kein zweites Mal an diesem Abend gekommen. Das Büffet: Erdäpfelsalat wahrscheinlich aus dem Kübel ( hart, innen weiß, geschmacklos ) , ebenso der Schwarzwurzelsalat. Wir haben den Salat stehen gelassen, weil ungenießbar. Nein danke !

Meiner Meinung nach , ist es der Beste Buschenschank in ganz Neustift!!!
Schon allein im Gastgarten hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den schönen Weingarten!
Das Ambiente innen und außen ist schön rustikal , so wie es sich für einen alten Familieren Heurigen im 19. gehört☺
Zum Essen: Ein liebevolles dekoriertes Buffet mit unzähliger Auswahl an traditioneller alt Wiener Heurigen Schmankerl und Österreichischen Speisen, lassen fast keine Wünsche offen!! 😎
Abgesehen von dem verdammt guten Wein und den überaus freundlich und lustigen Kellnern, gibt es auch für die kleinen Gäste Tiere zu bestaunen und sogar einen kleinen Spielplatz !!
Egal ob Schönwetter oder Regen, ein Ausflug zum Zimmermann lohnt sich allemal!

Der steile Weg hinauf lohnt sich! Tolle Auswahl, gutes Essen durch die Bank auch für Vegetarier etwas dabei!

Heuriger in schöner Lage. Gute Weinauswahl und gutes Buffet. Auch innen eine urige, rustikale Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist leider recht teuer.

Very nice location, but "Viennese service", meaning extremely rude waiters. Not helpful in finding a table, sent us from one to the other until we complained and got shouted at and told names. Such aggression should not be rewarded, we left - in principle this could be a nice place, but like many crowded Heurige in Neustift, it has becom expensive and neglects service 100%. A no-go for me as well as my friends from now on!
The owner seems to change entries to evade bad reviews on various social media sites. Shame on you!response / report this review -
