Non existent reception desk. If you arrive after 6 no one will be there to receive you, offices will be locked and no note at desk about where to find keys. The phone there will point to number which will go to answering machine always. After trying various things including asking all nearby restaurants and hotels you will find out that one of the drawers at desk is open with key in it supposedly for your room. Tried contacting the hotel after reservation but no response received.

the lady at reception(Turkish) was really polite and helpful, she gave us information on things we wanted. she also gives us magnets and tea out of kindness, even there the lady in morning was very nice. room was clean, comfy, they had bathroom slippers in the room. toilet paper was good quality. 18 minutes walk from the main station.Bus right outside the hotel. petrol station opposite the hotel with a small shop. good internet speed.
I cant think of anything negative .There is only 1 place to eat next door however recommendation, please don't go to the Chinese place next door staff is beyond rude and tells you different prices for food and when you pay its higher prices charged, and they called me and my friend liars and that we have something wrong with our hearing.

If you're ok to travel with bus from the hotel to downtown, it's a good place. It's clean and the breakfast was good.

Old rooms, clean but very dated. A smoke detector is missing, no air-conditioning in the warm rooms but a fan is available.Breakfast is basic.

Fantastic hostel. The rooms were clean and smart. Short bus ride into the center. There's a fantastic Oriental restaurant next door too. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice large room for the very reasonable price. Friendly service. Only drawback is lack of shops/ takeaway food nearby.

Nice friendly helpful staff..good clean room.. Good breakfast option even for vegetarian person.. Nearby to station and easily accessible to main area by bus.
