Great stay. Staff are awesome, food was excellent. Venue recently renovated, clean and fresh. Easy access with bus stop outside hotel front door.

Wir waren Mitte Februar für drei Übernachtungen in diesem Resort und können die negativen Berichte absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Das Hotel selber, der Service und die Lage sind absolut der Hammer. Das Personal war immer sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Jeder Wunsch wurde umgehend erfüllt. Mit dem VIP Taxi wurde man zum Skilift seiner freien Wahl chauffiert. Also rundherum ein perfekter Service. Das Restaurant und der Bar Bereich waren ebenso absolut perfekt strukturiert und das Essen war Sternereif. So gewinnt man neue Stammgäste, bis demnächst. Danke

Nicht zu empfehlen, Internet funktioniert nicht, man muss sich in die Lobby setzen, wo laut gefeiert wird - Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption nicht in der Lage das Problem zu lösen Nicht zu empfehlen, vor allem nicht zu diesem Preis!

Genuinely very friendly staff, good facilities. Located roughly equidistant between the two bases at Obergurgl & Hochgurgl. So handy for flitting between the two areas, although you lose the ski-to-the-door option.
