Perfect food in stunning atmosphere, awesome view of the lake and carinthian mountains, friendly staff, Delicious Italian food

Very bad experience. Food quality is overrated and too expensive. Made a reservation for a fixed group, but table too small and number of chairs too low. Extremely slow service.

This place have had its ups and downs over the last 4 or so years. It definitely is on the decline currently. Waiters are clearly sasonal but not well seasoned. You can't seem to order french fries this year since "they are an italian restaurant". Though we somehow did get those in Italy itself a week before. The food is really not bad and the place has its charm but the quality of staff is prohibitive. To me at least.

Slow service. Brought the wrong order on multiple occasions. It took 10 minutes for shrimp pasta after waiting 10 minutes for a Pfiff. Then after all that time. Took another 30 minutes to bring a simple Greek salad. I want to point out there was only 3 other tables. Oh and before I forget my original cutlery on the table had dried food crust on it.

A perfect location, very good staff, only downside is the willingness to permit smokers smoke right beside the interior restaurant therefore letting smoke go in. That was a huge downside for me.

Cozy atmosphere, nice view and nice restaurant. They offer good food and abundant plates for a fair price. Although they sell it as an Italian restaurant, the food is not always typically Italian. Some food is very typical whereas other receipts seem to be invented by the chef. However, all in all, I can recommend it.
