Waited an hour for food. This is absolutely unacceptable considering the fact that this place should basically be a fast food. There weren't even many people waiting in front of us, just about 5. Quality of the food doesn't make up for the wait.

The usual Vapiano tasty pizzas, salads, pasta and risoto. Nice location near Mariahilferstrasse.

I really enjoy this restaurant concept, not only in Wien. Same brilliant services and dishes in Berlin.
This 5 star rate has been given considering quality of the dishes, ambient and price rage which is quite decent.

The food is tasty. However the place is always packed due to its location and you have to expect to wait for your food a bit and maybe not have the friendliest and most relaxed people around you.

The place is nice but it took us more than 30 minutes to make an order and another 10 minutes to get it. It is basically a self service restaurante. You get inside. The hosts gives you an digital card for which you use at the stalls to make an order. And then pay at the same spot before you leave. The food was average plus. The prices are reasonable for this kind of experience. The favourite thing I liked about the place was that every table had a basil and rosemary plant pot which you just pluck and put on your dish. Quite cool.

I really like this restaurant. They have great variety of delicious pasta, pizzas and salads.
Everything is cooked at the moment.
Also a cup of cappuccino together with a tiramisu can be a great dessert.response / report this review -

The Risotto had too much black pepper. It wasn't tasteful because of that.
