At first I was 40 minutes late. It was set at 12:30. Arrived at 13:10. Loaded their car with the bed and then drove to our address. There they carried the parts to the first floor. They were ready at 1:47 pm. I wanted to transport a few more boxes. But they refused. Didn't mean that is not part of the service.
So in a nutshell: 40 arrived too late. Have paid 85 euros for 2 hours (for others you pay 25 € an hour). But they only worked 37 minutes.
Answer to the owner: Then why do you say 2 hours? what I understood was 43 € an hour. And they are paid by the hour. I didn't write anything in my review that didn't happen. You are welcome to say that I misunderstood you. People should evaluate it themselves. I get my 90 € for 40 minutes, 30 minutes by car. But OK. You'll never hear from us again anyway.response / report this review -
