Very rude trait and no info about Vienna shared at all. Double check the prices of the tickets you get in case you are buying them there (for opera or concerts for example)

Sadly they couldnt sell me a tram / train ticket that they advertise and actively plug. I had to see 4 different people before I got what we wanted.

Lot's of arabic music in Prater. Great bratwurst. Great atmosphere. :-) Chocolate factory and other attractions. Old town is inspiring and if you have time attend classical music events. You will never forget it. Enjoy.

Eh for an "info" place there was not much info given out. It might be a cultural thing but I was expecting more of an attempt to inform and up-sell than I got. The staff was polite and answered question succinctly, but not much beyond that. Go there to buy your Vienna card or grab a map, but generally do your research beforehand so you don't have to rely on them to introduce you to the city. Yes they do accept credit cards.

Free wifi, free city maps, a couch to sit down and charge your phone quickly. I've imagined there would be a tad more brochures at the stand to explore city attraction options by myself.
