Well what a joke of a front desk staff!!! Rude isn't the word! Me and my fiance went into tgi on our last night visiting Vienna, the front desk said 2 hour wait or sit on the tall stalls at the bar to eat if you want! I said I can't with a bad back! He huffed rolled his eyes and said wait at the bar then and if a fable is free you will be called! 1hr 30 later no call! So we booked on the website a table instead so in total a 2 he 20 wait! We get our food after 50min wait and only received our burgers and no onion rings until the very end when we finished! Said we are not paying for those so that was agreed! The staff albeit the friendly waiter man the rest were very rude the worst tgi I've ever had! Avoid unless you want a long stay for a very mediocre burger anyway!

Service is amazing throughout. Food and drinks are really good and affordable. Great place to hold birthdays or to chill as a group. 10/10

I think we ordered it wrong there as we were in a hurry. We had Mac n' Cheese , Risotto and Onion Rings. Among them, only onion rings were good. Mac n Cheese had no taste. Risotto was salty. I think that you have to go with true American dishes like wings & burgers.

Positive: typical broad TGI menu, good beer, friendly waiters
Negative: mediocre food quality. The steak was good but a bit past the ordered medium point. Fries tasted rather old. Just like the sides. The starters (rolls) were nice though.response / report this review -

When you at looking for typically American dishes, like steaks or burgers, TGI Fridays may be a great choice. I was very happy with a well-prepared steak and liked the choice of side dishes. The jalapenia rolls that I choose as a starter were okay, but far from overwhelming. The price/quality relationship is probably one of the best in Vienna. The very friendly service deserves a mention. I expect to come again for another steak.

The burger meat was not exactly done but still pretty much red on the inside. Also the bacon was not really crispy but rather pink and gummy. Drinks were fine and the people working there are nice. But their burger quality significatly went down in the last year. Will not go there again nor recommend.

The drinks are really good, the Steaks aren't the best to say politely.
My Steak was okay, the T-Bone Steak of my Brother wasn't eatable, we talked to our waitress and they refunded that one steak which is really nice. Also the waitress herself was really friendly and answered all our questions. I would visit it again.response / report this review -

Great food for a high price. TGI Fridays is mainly known for its great burgers and they do not fail to impress in that category. They do not offer a single burger that is not good. I can also recommend the mac & cheese and the jack daniels ribs.
You will not leave hungry that is for sure but all of this comes at a above average price tag which you have to be aware of.
The only thing I can not recommend are the steaks. They are good but nothing special and cost over 30 Euro so just go with a burger. It costs half of the steak and you actually get more food for half the money.response / report this review -

It's a typical TGI Fridays. The decoration and atmosphere are warm and friendly and the staff are really nice. It's most important luxury is its location which is very close to the Stephansplatz where you can enjoy walks and window shopping

Food is amazing, but it is quite expensive! Portions are medium size.
Staff are suuuper friendly! And the restaurant is cozy, good for small groups or even one person. There is a bar where you can sit and drink (and also order food) and there are plenty of tables.
It can get busy during the evenings, but most of the time you should be able to find a table.response / report this review
