  Not only the shop has the most lovely and robust Dutch bikes and really cool and cute bike accessories, also the workshop service done by the owner himself had saved me in quite a few urgent situations. I recommend it because is truly reliable, fast and good value for money.

  In a city that is not generally known for its good customer service, Stadtradler is a breath of fresh air. The owner is very helpful, friendly and professional. Recommended!

  Went in for a tuneup and was greeted with friendly, fast, and professional service. Professional work and also had a nice selection of bicycles for sale. I will definitely return for any bicycle-related needs during my time in Vienna.

  Was recommended to use this shop by a friend and popped in on the off chance that they would be able to look at my bike over the weekend as the saddle had jammed and couldn’t be altered. Within 10 minutes I was cycling out as the lovely (English speaking) man had managed to pull the saddle out and cut it to fit me perfectly. Will definitely come back if I have any more bike problems
