  RACIST WAITER!
  We were seated on the first floor, and the waiter took our order.
  The ribs came out first, and about 20 minutes later, the waiter brought out our side dishes (he told us he forgot). This was okay because the restaurant seemed overcrowded.
  
  By the way, we are not Caucasians, but we have lived in Austria for quite some time and we know how the tipping culture here works. When the waiter brought his card machine, he was really snobbish and told us, "Here in Vienna, we tip about 10% of the total bills." and immediately proceeded to put in the amount on his own without any consent. We were totally shocked and he left the table by saying, "Have a good evening." I cannot possibly comprehend what just happened. just do NOT go to this restaurant because their service has gone downhill ever since. Oh yeah and that waiter, you can go to Germany and give it a try :)

  Staff seemed quite uninterested. It felt like we were just cattle to be moved through. The waiter clearly wasn’t happy to Have more customers. My beer glass was delivered by a different person, it was well below full. (see picture) And after waiting several minutes for staff (No one ever asked if everything was OK) I just accepted that this was the poor level of service they provide. Food was OK. And the bill came quickly.

  Great ambience, but some waiters are just not interested in doing you a favor like taking a photo. They run away. But I think that is also because they are super busy, still service could be better. Food is good, but a lot of pork dishes. However, if you're a tourist you have to go there and reserve a table in the catacombs.

  Good place, lovely place inside, waiters were quick, and were fine with us. I had the ribs for one, a house speciality, which was v lovely! Mates had pork schnitzel, which they said was v nice. Beer was good too. All in all a good place to go for food and drinks

  This is one of the best restaurants I've been to lately. There's a beer garden which is lovely, staff is friendly and there's an English menu. The food is traditional for the region and is to die for! There's a brewery and I had one of the best craft beers I've ever had which was recommended by staff. I'll definitely visit again once I go back to Vienna

  Very busy, but still fast and friendly service. Prices are pretty decent, and there is a large selection of home brewn beers. The quality of the food is good, but nothing spectacular. Could be a bit hotter. Must go for the beers, and if you get hungry, you won't be having a bad meal.

  It's one of the best restaurants I've been in Vienna!
  Delicious food and great service.. the staff were really nice and the service was quick.
  The atmosphere of the place is very nice. A traditional Viennese dishes, super yummy!!

  Great restaurant with good food and excellent service. Waiter was very helpful with meal choices and checking in regularly. Got us a taxi at the end of the night. Outside seating gets busy with long waits so come early. No reservations for outside seating. Would recommend this restaurant.

  Cheap but decent food, friendly waitress, nice atmosphere. Must go if you want to taste authentic Viennese/Austrian food for a good price. The beer is amazing! But watch out, if you order a large beer you'll get 1 liter!! 😱

  Great food and excellent beer. Service was friendly and efficient. Servers also speak English and provide good recommendations. I tried the traditional schnitzel and loved it.

  Rating it 3.5 stars. Customer service is excellent, attentive and fast. They also speak English which is a plus. Beer is excellent. Food portion is huge and quite reasonably priced.
  
  Food is plus / minus in my book. I noticed really quick that almost all of the patrons during dinner time we're not locals. If they were locals it seems they were getting mostly beers and appetizers. I had the ribs and it was okay. A bit dry and bland for my taste.
  
  Would definitely get the beer but try to get something else besides the ribs.

  Friendly wait staff friendly and informative. Made it to this place after spending most of the day in the city center. The brews are on point, completely expected. The food I feel were staple dishes probably boring the cooks. The mozzarella tomato salad with olive oil started off dinner nicely. Ribs were cooked perfectly and the staff provided extra sauce. The lentils with bacon were filling and the bread dumpling rounded out the dish nicely.

  staff is super nice and helpful however the food is not what you would expect from traditional high quality Austrian kitchen. I tried garlic soup and it was quite good, and then two of promoted dishes: one is beef in cream and mushrooms served on a pan - it was very watery : more like a soup then sauce. Then i tried their signature Vienner schnitzel which arrived in 3 separate pieces and it was difficult to find any meat in breadcrumbs disappointing. good news for beer drinkers: they have great selection of traditional and home made beer.
