Wir waren zu Ostern hier heißt es war nicht alles offen und nicht alles zu. Wir wurden super beraten und es wurde noch vor Ort angerufen ob offen ist oder nicht. Top Beratung da könnten andere Geschäft was lernen.

I booked a 2-bedroom apartment at the Schmiderer Pension through the Saalfelden Leogang Touristik GmbH. When I arrived I was offered only a 1-bedroom apartment. The owner did not apologize but offered me to move one bed the kitchen. As I did not have time to look for another accommodation I had to accept it. Later I complained at the agency but I have received no reply. I am sorry to say this but I felt cheated especially when I paid the full price as for the 2-bedroom apartment. I have visited Austria several times but I have never been treated this way before.
