Had a 3pm appointment for x rays and 5pm for mrt. Got there 15 mins before as they recommend filled in 3-4 forms. It then took the lady I was speaking to about 45 minutes to type it all in the computer. She kept calling over colleagues asking why something wouldn't work. That's fine not really her fault. Now about 4pm she tells me thank you please have a seat. As I do I notice lots of staff are leaving to go home. Wait some more. Went over to complain am told my mrt is at 5:15pm I asked yes but what about the xray? Let me check for you please have a seat. Wait another few minutes and am told the x rays won't be happening today as the staff have all gone home. But she tells me, that's fine anyway as you need to come pick up your mrt scans and Befund. Oh that's okay then. I make another appointment for Friday. After the mrt the CDs are given to me right away so no reason to come pick anything up at all actually that was just to placate me. I waited around for 2 hours there for no reason. She didn't even tell me the xrays would not be happening so if I wouldn't have complained I would have just sat there expecting to be called for an xRay for an hour. The Icing on the cake was that I booked the mrt machine here as it is an open one and in the mrt scan they tell me the open one is busy and I should just get in the regular one! I even asked the lady at the desk to confirm when I arrived that I had booked an open one which she said I had. Either she was clueless or didnt really care that much. Then asked another lady as I was leaving if my next appointment was in fact for Friday at 3pm no she has it in the Computer Thursday 2pm! But as another reviewer below said they did mention that there's water you can drink while you wait so another star for that. Sadly not impressive as it used to be, family and myself have had various treatments here spanning 40+ years (including being born here) edit: absolutely awful experience today had to remove the 1 star. Go to the wiener Privatklinik avoid having x rays and mrts here.

It is impossible to get an appointment in the clinic simply beacuse 1.they dont pick up the phone or 2. They pick up, connect you with someone else and than this person hangs up. Incredible - for an hour now I am trying to get in contact with them.

My experience in this hospital was bad. They took a lot of money with non competent specialists.

Das Krankenhaus ist für Privat Patienten ausgelegt. Sehr freundlich und äußerst Kompetent in jeder Angelegenheit.

Sehr zu empfehlen für Geburten. Nette und bemühte Hebammen und Kinderschwestern.

Personal sehr Freundlich, ich fühlte mich auch gut behoben leider sind meine Befunde nie nach Hause angekommen ich musste sie mir nach einer langen Wartezeit und 2 Anrufen selbst abholen. ;)

Erstklassiges Privatkrankenhaus. Gestern wurde unsere zweite Tochter hier geboren. Super Ärzte, super Ausstattung. Hotelähnliches unglaubliches Service. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Dieses Spital on Top sehr zum empfehlen überhaupt bei MRT UND CT Untersuchungen Personal immer sehr freundlich und nett und Termine sind überall sehr schwierig zu bekommen ein bisschen Einsicht zeigen 😉😇

Vienna doctors very strange system.. I developed Herpes Zoster, very painful skin, neuro disease about three weeks ago, and there was only emergency doctor on Staurday, and got medication for it, which did not work effectively, then I went to Dermatologist, Prof. of Skin Medicine at the same Rudofinerhaus 5 days later, changed medication, and week later, most skin problems vanished, but pain remained, but the same doctor was not available. So it's a private, rather expensive hospital with doctors not readily available. For the check up, this Doc told me that she can see me in a week time, but when I called her in a week time, the Secretary told me that she's away for another week.
Very frustrating from the patient's point of view as pain and development of symptoms does not effective wait for doctors to come back from whatever they do abroad. And the hospital does not really centralize, or has a organizing system at all. IT's all privately work respectivley that I even paid the doctor cash rather than paying at the some kind of finance registryresponse / report this review -
