  We had a positive experience of collaborating with Fox Rent Team. We were frustrated when in Wien airport no car rental agency had a car available to rent for 6 nights(only 1-2) we needed or had the car for the unbelievable price.
  We found the Fox rent company on the Internet and were disappointed firstly a little bit they were located not directly in the airport. However, to our big surprise, they have transferred us to their office for free to choose the car. Eventually, we got Suzuki Vitara with mechanical transmission at a quite affordable price for 6 nights.
  In addition, Fox Team has returned the deposit in one hour after we have returned the car back.
  Thank you, guys. You gave great assistance to our travelling in Europe.

  Be careful with this company
  First we had to pay extra for going abroad, which was not mentioned in the booking process. Then after bringing the car back my clothes smelled of smoke, but the company charged as if I was smoking inside 255€.
  
  After giving a bad review this review was not listed at all. Be careful with this company negative reviews being ignored means there are maybe many more negative experiences which were chosen to be ignored.

  This company crarged my credit card 374EUR for a real tiny scratch in the bumper without any confirmation. They advertise lower prices but compansate using this method. Do not repeat my mistake by renting a car from them.

  Aweful
  Rude service and a lack of understanding on how reservations work, I reserved a car by them and also received conformation of this reservation only to be cancelled LAST minute, no apologies made
