Terrible service mixed with both an outdated equipment and lack of simple security precauitions. Would't surely recommend this for a family vacation, though comment below can show you way more then mine.

If you'd like to be electrocuted - this hotel is for you. If not - stay away from it as far as you can. Hotel is designed for the clients from every european country, though there is no signs in english, and hotel's staff speaks english on the beginners level. To start with - there is horserides avaliable in this hotel, and it is quite obvious, that there shall be some kind of field for the horses. But, it is not fenced. There is, of course, some kind of a fence, which looks like a few wires strunged between poles, and it is elecrificied. Yeah, there is freaking electrocuting wires placed in the middle of the recreational zone. Despite the fact, that there are kids who doesnt understand, that you shall not touch the wire, or try to crawl underneath of it, there is no sign in english for parents, to somehow get aware about the fact, that you have to keep your kids away, and to keep an eye on them permanently. The only signs we found were either hidden, or they were without any at least symbols, which will warn you about this awesome electrocuting wire. There were a few signs in german with an elecrticity danger symbols, though, only a few, just as i said. So, if you are the fan of being electrocuted - feel free to go there. If not - better choose at least a bit more safe hotel.

Nothing can be worse than your kid's health lost in this hotel! No attention, no hygiene, no safety for kids.
P.S. I see that you replied faster here than it took you in the hotel. And your reply is useless since you never reacted. I called and talked to everyone. You ignore people and do not accept any responsibility.
I also saw a small baby electroshoked with electric! fence directly on the territory of your hotel. Electric fence for the pony area on the territory of the hotel for kinds. And you did nothing. And its still there.response / report this review -

One of the most awful hotels you can even imagine. To start with, the word "Family" in the name of the hotel means nothing. Completely outdated and literally dangerous water slides, though they are called like the one for children. I saw at least a dozen of wounded kids during my stay. By the way, there is a medical office, though there is neither doctor nor simply meds avaliable. And, to finish the topic of the swimming pool, the water is thermal, which means it is not disinfected, so you can catch any kind of infection easily. I would hardly recommend to avoid this hotel, if you are planning to have a lovely holidays with your family.

Best family hotel we have ever visited. We are here for the 6th time and our daughters both 12 still like it and also their brother, our latest now 3 is enjoying himself very well. Enough swimming pools and water plays, always nice weather, enough playgrounds for young and older children. Rooms are well maintained with good beds. Food and drinks are outstanding and all inclusive. No cheap s@@@ like in some resorts but real quality stuff. Also bio food available some of it made by the hotel. All in all very big recommendation.

Perfekt für Familien. Man hat alles was man braucht. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Den Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns mit unseren Enkelkindern sehr wohlgefühlt - wir kommen sicherlich wieder - tolles Kinderhotel das keine Wünsche offen lässt!

Super Hotel, gute Zimmer, All Inclusive, perfektes Essen (Früh, Mittag und Abend), guter Service, tolle Badelandschaft mit Saunen. Kinderparadies aber auch ohne Kinder empfehlenswert, man muss aber wissen, dass viele Kinder unterwegs sind. Es gibt immer genug Plätze sowohl im SPA als auch im Restaurant und an der Bar.

Probably one the best "all inclusive" hotels of Europe. Food excellent, very agreeable employees, excellent service level. I personnally appreciate the top quality of food on the buffets, better than in most "all inclusive" hotels (and recommended by Gault & Millau), also excellent cocktails and other drinks included in the price. 3 large swimming pools, one of which with thermal water. Specially to recommend to families with children under 14, and to golfers : packages without green fees include 3 x 18 holes + 2 x 9 holes. Only small criticism : the reservation service tries to orient people without children towards the neighbour "Supreme Hotel" which is not "all inclusive".
