Visited two days in a row as we were that impressed. Food was delicious, staff were extremely friendly and the price was very affordable! If anything I think they are under selling themselves 😁.

Regina Margherita is a bustling, cosy and very tasty Italian Restaurant in the heart of Vienna. It is in a courtyard close to the Herrengasse and is not one you would stumble upon. Our hotel (Steigenberger) recommended this restaurant and it was perfect. Delicious Stone Oven Pizzas, Great deserts and great italian wines. We did not try the pasta and meats but they looked delicious too. Judging by how full the restaurant was - with locals too - it must be great for all types of dishes. The house wine was great value at Euro 5.20 for 250ml and very tasty. We had a great meal and a great evening at this restaurant and would highly recommend it!!!

Service is mostly a little chaotic, still this is a very nice place for eating a little higher class Italian food. It's also not too expensive, compared to other trendy spots in that area. Like the place and always come back to it.

Unfortunately, the worse first dinner experience in Vienna. The employees were rude and aggressive when taking the order and serving our table. We went late at night so the tables were relatively all empty but we were still seated very close to two other customers who kept listening to our conversation and looking at us! Food was mediocre at best. When we asked for the check, they have added extra to it and when we asked they said it was for service and olive oil!!! We paid without arguing and still never got our change back!! Not sure why this place even exists.
