  After we had obtained several offers for the replacement of the windows in our apartment in Feldkirchen near Graz, we decided to commission the company REKORD Fenster in Weitendorf.
  Due to the Corona situation, contact was initially only via email or phone. To discuss the offer, my husband and I then had an appointment with a seller to fix the details. He showed us the offered windows, shutters and insect screens. Shortly afterwards we signed the offer.
  
  When the company came to assemble the windows, we couldn't believe our eyes. To our astonishment, each window had an enormous plastic panel on the upper side, which reduced the height of the window glass to the previous window by 19 cm and thus extremely impaired the incidence of light in our apartment. The fact that the plastic frames for the windows are only available in certain dimensions was not mentioned either during the consultation or on the REKORD website.
  
  In our opinion it would have been expected that this would have been explained during a consultation or a tour of the showroom or that we would have been made aware of the differences between the individual Rekord products. Unfortunately, this did not happen in any way, so the shock about the delivered product was very great!
  
  When we got in touch with the company Rekord in order to find a solution for our unsuccessful window replacement, they were hardly reachable and only said that they were sorry for this misunderstanding, but that we had signed it like this so bad luck.
  
  We are extremely dissatisfied with the result of our window replacement and very angry about the lack of clarification and advice on the part of the seller. The goal of a window company should be to sell as much glass surface as possible and not replace a large part of the glass surface with plastic, as in our case.
  
  Furthermore, the company Rekord recommended an assembly company that worked very sloppily and uncleanly. We then had to do a lot of repair work and contact the company several times about various defects. These ranged from condensation on the parquet floor (according to the company Rekord, this would be normal and could only be prevented by ventilation) to the point that the inclination of the newly installed exterior window sills was partially incorrect and the water was diverted towards the facade!
  In addition, some of the sealing tapes were not inserted properly and our facade was damaged several times on the outside.
  
  I would advise anyone against commissioning Rekord for a renovation and I also cannot recommend the Hofer installation company.
  
  But what annoys me the most is the uncooperative and unreliable way of dealing with customers by the company Rekord and dismissing the lack of clarification in the consultation as misunderstandings in the knowledge that we now have to live with this deterioration in our quality of living and Rekord deserves it very well. Unfortunately, every time we look out the window, we are reminded of this ugly mistake.

  This company struck me today mainly because of the inconsiderate and accident-provoking driving style of the employees with the associated company cars! Of course, this does not really have to do with the quality of the service, but the question arises as to what you get from possibly high-quality windows if you no longer experience the view through them due to a traffic accident !? In addition to an advertisement, these incidents also have the consequence that I prefer to go to the competition!
  
  PS .: Training your employees on road safety and the correct appearance in road traffic could save you from losing customers in the future!

  So ziemlich alles daneben gegangen, was geht. Ausmessen, Liefertermin, Produktqualität. Besonders ärgerlich - Aussentüren mit falscher Klimaklasse geliefert.
