  I like their Schnitzel, their Tafelspitz, their food generally, but I cannot get proper service at this place. Last time I ordered some red meat and asked for a glass of red wine to come with it. When the food was delivered the wine did not come. I asked whether my wine was coming and was met with a shrug. When I had eaten two thirds of my meal I asked again and the waiter then said that they were out of that wine. No "I am sorry or what else can I get you."
  Today I ordered some tap water with my beer - I know a tricky thing to do in Austria - but everyone at the table had ordered a drink and I wanted it for not having to drink my beer for thirst. The water did not come. I asked for it again and was met with a shrug, no apology. When I had almost finished my beer I got up to get the water myself. Just then the waiter was about to bring it. His comment was: "You are an impatient person." I should have said: and you are in the wrong profession

  The restaurant is ideal for business diners. The service is really good but the food variety and taste is simply normal taking in consideration the location, the fame and the price of the meals. Big highlight is the decoration of the toilets.

  Wonderful restaurant having nostalgic and old look inside.
  They have a cellar dining area also which I believe you have to book in advance.
  Very wide range of food items to choose from.
