The service was friendly, but the food and coffee were both terrible (worst latte and apple pie/glue I’ve ever had) probably reflecting the low prices. They also forgot our order.

Very nice restaurant with a smoking room in the back, we do not smoke and from the main area you can not smell smoke at all A++++. English option for the menu and the staff was so very kind and spoke English with us also.

Had to wait half an hour for the breakfast because the chef is really lazy. Also, you can't pay with a card, i had to waste time and go to an atm so i could pay and i was in a hurry. They are very loud, i couldn't stay relaxed because of the constant sound of cups, mugs, cutlery being stacked or thrown. The waiter dropped twice in an hour the stack of glasses

Went for a drink one Monday evening. Lovely girl serving. Arrogant Chinese Chef almost threw me out because he wanted to go home. Worst service I have ever experienced in Vienna.

If you own this restaurant I would fire this guy instantly. I have run a few businesses. Bad attitude to customers is an absolute no no. Really, absolute no no.

Would have visited every week, but one regular customer now lost and I will tell everyone about the rude arrogant chef and our group will go elsewhere, along with everyone else I meet.

Well done. Wonderful helpful girl, but service ruined by one idiot who clearly can't figure out who pays his wages.

Poor service, The place is nice for having a chat and drinking something with friends, has a sunny to sit on. However for having lunch was not a good option. The service is slow, although there were not so many people, the schnitzel was over fried and hard, but the soup was good. We had to request the drinks twice and they came almost when we finished, and the waiter was not nice.

This place was really IN ten years ago. Since then it has not seen much refurbishment and the menu is still the same. But the staff is nice and there is this special feeling when you enter just sit down, get a drink, chat with friends, do some work or watch the people passing by trough the big windows. Late in the morning there are often families with kids. Food could use some improvement.
