  Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our second order. The delivery took place in completely dirty, already opened boxes. We had to unpack and check the whole delivery immediately because it had also gotten wet. Just a shrug from customer service - goods are sent by the wholesaler and not by us well - service looks different

  For our guest room we ordered Plank 1-Strip City wild oak brushed and oiled and we are extremely satisfied. The floor looks really great. The material was easy to lay without any problems. Vapor barrier, impact sound insulation and skirting boards as well. The service is fast, reliable and super friendly, even when we have questions. The only disadvantage: the impact sound insulation is not available in small quantities (

  The parquet has a very good quality and we are absolutely satisfied with it.
  The carpenter who installed it also said he was impressed with the quality.
  Furthermore, the customer service is great and responded to inquiries quickly and competently. There are also 5 stars for this.
