  A quite nice hotel where one feels at home.
  The personnel is extremely friendly. The manager Andre' speaks good Italian too, and is quite knowledgeable about excursions and shopping opportunities in the surroundings.
  Food is quite good; in certain occasions it reaches the level of an exceptional gourmet experience. The size of portions is perfect: generous without exaggeration.
  Rooms are wide and comfortable.
  The sauna wellness area is remarkably pleasant; the addition of a whirlpool would make it perfect.
  Be warned that the main street passes right in front of the hotel. Vehicle traffic is scarce, but it makes checking on toddlers necessary.
  No elevator: wheelchair access can be problematic (but possibly OK for certain rooms).
  Prices are good.

  Sehr gemütliches, familiengeführtes Hotel.
  Super persönliche Betreuung durch den Herrn des Hauses.
  
  Es gibt ein kleines aber feines Frühstücksbuffet und zum Abend werden täglich drei Menüs (eins davon immer vegetarisch) frisch aus saisonalen und regionalen Zutaten zubereitet.
  Das Haus hat eine grandiose Weinauswahl und der Chef berät einen hier bei der Auswahl als einer der Top Sommeliers Österreichs perfekt.
  
  Das Hotel ist inmitten mehrerer Wintersport Gebiete gelegen und man ist mit dem Auto aber auch dem für Gäste kostenfrei nutzbaren Bus (Fahrkarte ist an der Rezeption erhältlich) schnell an verschiedensten Locations.
  Im Ort selbst gibt es einen kleinen Abfahrthügel mit Lift und einige Startpunkte in Langlaufloipen.
  
  An die gemütlichen Zimmer ist jeweils ein Balkon mit schöner Aussicht angeschlossen.

  Tutto molto curato il proprietario molto disponibile le camere sono pulite e si mangia molto bene con prodotti locali le camere sono grandi e pulite è presente anche una sauna molto curata e funzionale

  A nice spot in a nice land, OstTirol, the small town of Kartitsch.
  
  We have been there for a long week/end and our stay has been perfect. André manages his Hotel with the help of his mother (wonderful cook) and the father (all purpose man, waiter, kitchen help, receptionist) ;)
  
  The structure consist of about 15 double rooms well equipped, our room was about 33 sqm. large with bedroom, bathroom and a "living room" corner equipped with TV and minibar service. A terrace right in front of the Alps was the best frame we could expect for.
  
  A new "wellness" center has been opened the last december (2007) and offers many different services from Finnish Sauna to relaxing massages. The use of this wellness center, with the exception of the massage, is included in the price of your room.
  
  We got half board service and i can assure that the food was excellent and never banal with some balcanic influences (Andy's mother comes from Serbia), nice presentations, a daily fresh salads buffet all you could wish is there, on your table. A wide list of wines is at your disposal André is a member of the Tiroler Sommelier Association and prepared a good list of many different Austrian wines.
  
  Miles and miles for ski walkers and even for alp-skiing are at a step from the Hotel.
  
  We warmly suggest this place for the very good price/quality ratio.
