Nice Hotel in quiet neighborhood just 2 min walk to Belvedere palace and 10 min walk to U-ban. We asked room with balcony and we got it but we spent most of our time sightseeing beautiful city of Vienna. We found fridge(not minibar) in our room to be very practical and you have kettle in the room with complimentary tea and coffee which is nice to drink on your balcony in the morning.Staff is professional and polite and hotel is excellent value for the money.The balcony is nice but is only one chair for two person room.

Our room was large and comfortable, and the hotel was fairly clean. Our room needed some minor maintenance, though.
The bed was comfortable and we were able to set the thermostat in the room for cooling and we both slept well. Since our room faced the courtyard, it was quiet.
The bathroom was nice with a large tub and shower.
The room had a large closet and little bit bigger refrigerator, but no food, snacks, or drinks in the room. (Except a hot pot and some tea bags)
The hotel has a nice courtyard to relax in, too.
The best feature of this hotel is it’s location. It was less than a ten minute walk from the train station, and only ten minutes to the nearest subway station. We walked into the southern part of the main city from the hotel in about 15 minutes.
My only reason for giving it 4 stars was that the room seemed to need some maintenance (torn curtains, some stains and wear and tear were noted) and the housekeeping staff seemed inattentive. Our coffee/tea station was never properly stocked and they didn’t seem to leave enough towels or wash cloths for two people.
Overall, I would choose to stay there again because of the location

The staff is very welcoming,I love the hospitality here, They made me feel very comfortable. I would like to write about a staff member, his name is Markus. He is very kind and very helpful and welcoming. The hotel also has a beautiful garden.

Walking distance to main station and a beautiful palace just around the corner. Most of the staff members were friendly. Spacious rooms with separate toilet and changing areas.
choice of coffee and extra cutlery in the room would be nice as if anyone wants to do meal at room.

The staff is very polite. The room is little bit smaller, then we accepted. The cleaning is not a best. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel is far from the 5*, I think maximum 4* hotel.The hotel is close to the central train station, some of the sightseeing. Subway is 5-7 minute walk.

If you have stayed in Vienna and are looking for accommodation I will look into this hotel, the rooms are large, The hotel has its own underground parking for which you have to pay extra. You can also have breakfast at an additional cost. The downside is the lack of hotel restaurant. I recommend.

Awful experience, stay here at your own peril.
Much better options at better prices, and I know Vienna quite well.
The hotel is located in a non interesting areas far from downtown. The breakfast is really bad for the price, and the rooms should be cleaner.
The worst thing is the staff. Rude, unfriendly and unreliable, they overcharged me and mistreated me when trying to get an explanation.
I asked for late check out. Initially there was a 10€ fee but the guy in reception told me that I could stay till 2:30 pm for free (it seemed pretty empty). But when we go to check out at 3:15 pm (we got stuck on traffic) they charged me 30€ !!! for late check out, and they would not listen to any explanation, mistreating me in front of other customers.
Not any more, and I hope people reading this think twice and go some place better, there are many places with good service, food and location at better value.

Basic, clean suite - a quiet location convenient for the Belvadere Palace and the main train station (with trains to airport / European cities)
I found the suites missing important ammenities; there were no robes, slippers, kettle or coffee machine. The mini bar was empty. The double bed only has single sheets.

Let down by the staff.

Location: I thought this was going to be too far from the sights when I booked it. It was a case of price versus convenience. In the end though it was closer than I had anticipated. A short walk from the metro, and an even shorter walk to the tram. With good weather, the walk into the main part of Vienna would have been very pleasant. We left Vienna by train. It was a short walk from an above ground train station, that was only one station from Wien Meidling. Very convenient in this regard.

Rooms: The hotel feels very new (It’s about 8 years old – but well maintained)

Staff: Some were friendly. In one case, the staff member wasn't concerned with anything I asked about.

Would I stay again: Would depend on price rather than the hotel itself. The hotel was average in all respects.

For a 4 start hotel it was disappointing. They send us to the 4th floor that was under maintenance (stairs covered with plastics and all messy). When we entered the room it was obvious that someone smoked there. We asked to change the room which was promptly arranged. We paid 16€ for the buffet breakfast but it was below average of all my 4 stars hotels breakfasts. Only juice from concentrated and not much variety of bread, boiled egg was raw.
