Am very disappointed, was on the way home from the hospital at 15:10 on site, have rung and the balcony on the 1st floor was called down to me from 16:00 to 18:00. Even if I did not know the opening hours, I would have expected that the package will be handed to me. In addition, no one had to do anything for me for free.

Actually I am of the opinion one should reply to such a comment nothing. Especially since he was also written to the wrong address. But I was in this incident and the description of the lady is just wrong. Her little boy has stepped not only once but continuously against a glass (no Plexiglas). When the gentleman then said to the boy that he should stop, the lady became very indignant and said she could take care of her children herself. When the Lord said then, apparently not. Since the lady was really upset. I have to say it makes me angry that anyone can spread his lies with a Google recession and the counterparty is actually powerless. This is not good. Especially in this case it hits someone who did not even have anything to do with it.

UNFRIENDLY, RESPECTLESS, CHILDHOOD

Picked up my package at the pick-up station today at 4:00 p.m. I have NEVER been treated so rude and disrespectful. My 3-year-old son knocked on the plexiglass under the counter in a brief moment of inattention (I was just looking for my ID in my wallet). Before I could say anything else, the gentleman who seems to own the shop yelled at my children so that they crawled behind me. When I apologized for my son anyway, the owner said: "That can't be true, you can hear that. Can't you look at your children !?" I then apologized again, but with the polite ending that I was definitely here for the first and last time, to which I received the following answer: "That's nice for you, I don't care!"
Then he asked me: "Well? What else do you want?" After I told him that I would like to pick up my package and that I didn't have the tracking number ready in a second, the "friendly" gentleman said in a rather inappropriate tone: "That too!"
His wife / co-worker then took over, so that I got to my package before her husband could kill me with a glare.

It rarely happens that I am speechless and really appalled by the behavior or non-behavior of other people, but in this case ..

NEVER AGAIN to this pick-up station and since the owner of this shop also seems to be a taxi driver I hope that I will never come across him, because I would never use this taxi in my life !!!!
