Don't recommend this, worse staff ever!!!!Bought a ticket and did as the lady in the ticket office said, go directly to the slide. We went up with the lift just to find out the rodelbahn had to close do to bad weather!!!! And yes a few minutes later it started rain! Lifts closed and the only way down was an hour walk ore taxi!!!!!! After paying a taxi 15€ we reach the ticket office to return our tickets!
Did we get our money back?
NO, they offered half the money back, because we used the lift!!!! Why in the hole world should I use the lift up if I couldn't use the rodelbahn down? Payed 33€ for two adults and one child! Got 16,5€ back after using the lift up, and took a taxi for 15 € down the mountain. So totally I payed 34,5€ for using the lift up for my family! Was it worth it? Absolutely not!!! For me it is a real scam!!!!response / report this review -
