Nice touristic place with splendid panorama view. The food is good, the service is good. I like the attention they paid to the details of the building. Must go if you are in Pongau.

Went twice last year so came back again this year. Sat in the conservatory. Had dressed for the cold but was baking as the heat was coming out the vents under the bench I was sitting on. I love the decoration and the fact it is spaced out and loads of cushions and blankets scattered around. It looks like it should be expensive but was reasonably priced. I had the 5 meats which included black pudding, pork, venison, ham and beef. It was lovely and plenty of it. All our party enjoyed their meals and I especially enjoyed the free schnapps after the meal!! Would go back again definitely.

Had a fantastic meal there for the second time this week. Unfortunately the service was incredibly slow tonight which really spoilt the meal. Also the Austrians just don't really get the no smoking thing. So they create a fantastic restaurant area with a panoramic view and have the smoking area right by the door and leave the glass doors open. We stink of smoke for the first time in a long time. What a shame, the food was superb.

Used to be my favourite place in Alpendorf, but the restaurant has clearly passed his glory. Food reasonable, but in no way better than other more reasonably priced places. The service is at least questionable. There is a clear quest to maximise profit at any price, which is a such a big disappointment for returning customers. I will unfortunately not be able to recommend this restaurant any longer to fellow turists and clients coming here on a regular basis.
