Steak is not bad and the atmosfere is nice especially in summer if u r sitting outside by the water!

In a sense our visit was odd since I expected a touristy place (based on its location) but what we got was a real Viennese restaurant with excellent food and quick service. Highly recommended, especially the deep fried black pudding. Bloody marvelous, it is.

Worst service ever! They were rude and extremely disrespectful. One of the waiters even cursed at us .

A very bad experience! Food came after 1 hour and was really not good. Waiter was very rude. Definitely NOT recommended!

Essen gut. Leider ist die Bedienung manchmal etwas unaufmerksam. Bei den letzten 2 Besuchen im Spät-Sommer wurden wir lange "übersehen" und Gäste die nach uns bestellt hatten waren mit dem Essen schon fertig als wir unseres bekamen. Hoffe das bessert sich, denn wir sind eigentlich sehr gerne dort.

Tolle Location direkt am Wasser der Alte Donau. Aber das war's. Service und Besitzerin sind hier einfach katastrophal. Es gibt viel bessere Optionen in der Nähe.

An okay little restaurant with a good spot near the Danube if that is your thing.
The prices are a bit over the top, as are the personalities of the personal including the owner.
The menu is kept traditional yet leaves a taste of lacking a few key dishes. There are few vegetarian or healthy options, but that is not necessarily a reason to skim a star.
Personal recommendation: Enjoy once on a warm, sunny, late summer day.response / report this review -

I don't understand the critics. I find this place much better than the nearby Strandcafe Our waiter was a young and charismatic gentleman. The food was great! They accepted a reservation for 20 of our friends no problem. I must say, 2 stars is very underrated!
